This light and spacious apartment is ideally located overlooking the golf course, less than 5 minutes’ walk from the tournament. The newly renovated accommodation comprises 2 double bedrooms and is on the second floor of a smart apartment block (with elevator).

Off the hallway is a very spacious sitting / dining room with large windows offering a fabulous view of the golf course and to the AELTC. There is a dining table to seat 6 people with ease. There is a sofa and large Smart TV with Freeview and Netflix. The glass doors open onto a balcony with a table and chairs to take in the view. The kitchen has all modern appliances and everything you’d need to make your stay comfortable.

The principal bedroom has a king-size bed (5FT wide). The guest bedroom has can be used with either a king-size bed or 2 twin single beds. Both bedrooms have black out blinds. The all new bathroom has a walk in shower, WC and basin. A further WC is located next door – ideal for sharers!

Parking is available in the shared car park on a first come first serve basis.
